As Sr. Buyer, you lead large product categories within the Category Management Team to craft profitable assortments and strategies that balance value, quality, and style. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan, select, and promote product lines while shaping vendor relationships and lifecycle management. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive category performance and growth. This is an opportunity to influence merchandising direction in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

• Set strategic vision for designated product categories within the CMT
• Lead assortment planning, selection, maintenance, and promotion for assigned categories
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts or terms
• Oversee training and career development for direct reports and broader team
• Collaborate with marketing, visual display, and advertising teams to promote key items and brands
• Coordinate with Sourcing on factory selection and cost negotiation
• Partner with Financial Planning on open-to-buy for assigned categories
• Present business reviews to leadership for designated categories
• Drive lifecycle management from idea to end-of-life in collaboration with inventory planning
