People Analytics Specialist

As a People Analytics Specialist at Synopsys, you drive reliable, decision grade data to inform the company's workforce strategy. You'll manage and improve the Visier team platform, deliver meaningful dashboards, and ensure data quality across HR systems. Your work enables leaders to make faster, smarter decisions and supports a data driven culture. • Support administration and configuration of Visier, including metrics, data pipelines, and security
• Validate and troubleshoot data quality across the analytics environment
• Serve as first point of contact for team requests and ticket triage
• Own recurring reports and Power BI dashboards for workforce planning and headcount
• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple HR systems for analyses and reporting
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards/reports for HR leadership
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of analytics processes and data governance

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in HR, analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy
• Experience with Excel and SQL; exposure to R or Python a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Visier, or Tableau
• Attention to detail and clear communication to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus
