Overview

In this role you drive health analytics engagements for employer clients, shaping measurement strategies and dashboards within WTW's FAA analytics team. You will lead cross-functional projects, manage client relationships, and help grow analytics services and revenue. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights that improve plan performance and inform benefits strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines analytics excellence with client-facing delivery and team development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics engagements for a portfolio of clients and contribute to large engagements
  • Direct and manage projects (e.g., cohort analyses, cost driver analyses, population health analytics, scorecard development)
  • Evaluate data warehouse vendors aligned with client objectives
  • Partner with Client Service Teams to communicate analytics concepts and measure results
  • Prepare teams for meetings and co-present in meetings
  • Guide resources and provide leadership to junior colleagues on analytics concepts and tools
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and vendors to grow WTW and H&B brand
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through analytics and support new business, expansion, and cross-selling
  • Provide final quality reviews for financial/actuarial deliverables
  • Possibly assume formal leadership role such as people manager or team lead
Key requirements
  • 8+ years in design/management of complex health and welfare plans in consulting or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of analytics service catalog, measurement strategy, data analytics, and data warehouse solutions
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large client relationships and generating revenue
  • Polished communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple obligations with flexibility and issue resolution
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with data warehouse or carrier tools (e.g., Artemis, Cedar Gate, Cotiviti, Merative)
  • Bachelor's degree; State Life license required within 90 days of joining
  • Travel availability; hybrid work environment familiarity
