Overview As a Client Service Account Manager in the Payments team, you manage a portfolio of large corporate and financial-institution clients, helping them maximize Payments Products and Services. You act as the client's main advisor and central point of resolution, identifying gaps and opportunities for growth and efficiency. You collaborate across internal teams to enhance service delivery, ensure compliance with risk and regulatory changes, and support client operations at scale. Responsibilities- Act as a key advisor to the client and guide decision making
- Serve as the central point of resolution for service issues and liaise with bank partners
- Identify product/service gaps and development opportunities within Treasury Services
- Leverage product knowledge to support enhancements and service delivery plans
- Articulate complex ideas and client issues clearly
- Ensure client compliance with risk policies and educate on legal/regulatory/cyber changes
Key requirements- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry and/or functional experience
- Understanding of core Treasury Services product sets
- Excellent oral and written communication
