Overview

In this role you will manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas from the Houston office, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and develop postings and strategies. You'll source candidates through multiple channels, screen and coordinate interviews, and guide offers to ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience. You will keep recruiting data accurate, ensure policy and legal compliance, and support events to strengthen RelaDyne's employer brand. This position drives talent growth and organizational impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and draft job postings and strategies
  • Conduct intake discussions to clarify role expectations and criteria
  • Source candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, social media, and internal pipelines
  • Review applications and conduct structured phone screenings
  • Coordinate interviews and prepare materials for hiring managers
  • Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive experience
  • Support offer process including details, approvals, and communication
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS and HR systems
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with laws and company policies including AA requirements
  • Support recruiting events (job fairs, hiring events, community outreach)
  • Promote employer brand through candidate engagement and communication
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-5 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency environment
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes preferred
  • HR or Talent Acquisition certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition specialty) a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaboration with hiring managers
  • Professional and candidate-focused approach
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
  • Sourcing and recruitment strategy development
  • Interview coordination and process management
