Overview

In this role you will advise multinationals on retirement and broader HR benefits, lead and coordinate multi-country projects, and act as the primary client contact. You'll deliver high-quality actuarial insights, support senior consultants, and help develop new intellectual capital. You will shape global benefit strategies while working with cross-border teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely, valuable outcomes. This position offers meaningful impact through global design, governance, and financing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets for multi-country engagements
  • Serve as daily client contact across headquarters and overseas offices
  • Finalize and present high-quality deliverables to clients
  • Manage client expectations and escalate issues to senior consultants
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with client contacts
  • Provide strategic expertise in global retirement plan accounting, valuation and design
  • Perform technical reviews of complex retirement valuations and related work products
  • Participate in special projects (M&A, benefit plan strategy, governance, global financing)
  • Support business development and cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue/billable targets
  • Contribute to development of new tools and country profiles
  • Mentor analysts and demonstrate leadership
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of actuarial valuation and consulting experience with multinational organizations (ASC 715 or IAS19 preferred)
  • Experience in global HR benefit programs or domestic programs with international interest
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects and delivering on time and within budget
  • Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • ASA designation required or equivalent international credentials; progress toward FSA highly preferred
  • Experience living/working overseas; foreign language skills preferred but not essential
