Overview In this role you partner with senior leadership to shape HR strategy across the firm and support broad programs in performance, relations, development, succession, and change. You will work closely with leaders to improve morale, productivity, and engagement while ensuring compliant, scalable HR processes. You lead ad hoc projects and develop reports to inform decision making, driving continuous improvement. A focus on collaboration, policy stewardship, and cross functional impact makes this role central to the firm's people strategy. This position offers the chance to influence HR programs in a fast paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities- Partner with senior leadership on global HR strategy including employee relations, talent development, succession planning and performance management
- Provide day to day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Develop and implement HR process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Research laws and maintain firm policies to ensure compliance; issue alerts and document changes
- Prepare internal communications and ad hoc HR reports; analyze metrics and trends
- Lead HR projects and manage project timelines; support rollout of HR programs
- Manage recruiting processes and candidate flow; provide hiring recommendations
- Act as liaison between HR and other departments for projects
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain process records
