Overview In this role you will define and drive AI-first product strategy for Workday's legal operations ecosystem. You'll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise legal tech initiatives, shaping a premier intelligent platform with automation and analytics. You'll mentor a team of product managers and partner with executives to align roadmaps across Business Technology. You will influence cross-functional squads and external partners to deliver impactful legal, compliance, and contracting solutions. Responsibilities- Define and champion an AI-first product roadmap for the legal ecosystem
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to ROI measurement
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of product managers
- Advise legal and business leadership on AI possibilities and trade-offs
- Collaborate with product teams to influence and release new features
- Evaluate and manage a portfolio of legal tech partners and vendors
- Ensure platform strategy aligns with enterprise standards and data models
Key requirements- 12+ years of product management experience in B2B or SaaS enterprise-grade products
- Deep domain expertise in core legal operations processes (e.g., CLM, matter management, compliance, e-discovery, IP)
- Strong cross-team collaboration and ability to influence P&T and other BT towers
- Executive presence and ability to challenge senior stakeholders with data-driven arguments
- Experience integrating legal/contract systems with enterprise data platforms
- Familiarity with AI technology stack; certifications are a plus
- Experience with Workday or similar enterprise platforms is a plus
