Overview As Principal Scientist, you will shape the clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics strategy for Immunome's late-stage and early development assets. You will apply PK/PD, PBPK and modeling approaches to inform dose selection and go/no-go decisions, collaborating with CROs and internal teams. You will drive study design, data analysis, and regulatory documentation to enable successful registration. This role sits at the intersection of translational science and oncology drug development, offering impact across ADCs and radioligand therapies. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a strong focus on delivering robust, integrated pharmacology roadmaps.
Responsibilities- Formulate and deliver CP&MS strategy for late-stage and early development assets
- Apply PK/PD, PBPK and pharmacometric modeling to characterize drug behavior and inform dose decisions
- Coordinate with preclinical/clinical CROs and internal scientists to run pharmacology studies and meet program timelines
- Lead and contribute to protocol design, study execution, data analysis, and regulatory documentation
Key requirements- Ph.D. or PharmD in a relevant scientific discipline
- 2-5 years in a regulated bioanalytical environment with experience across modalities including small molecules, large molecules, and ADCs
- Experience with noncompartmental and PBPK analyses and modeling oversight using WINNONLIN, NONMEM, MONOLIX or similar
- Proficiency in R, R-shiny, SAS, MATLAB, NONMEM, MONOLIX and PBPK tools (GastroPlus or Simcyp) or equivalent
- Familiarity with global clinical pharmacology/pharmacometrics regulatory guidance
- Experience in developing anti-cancer agents, preferably ADCs and/or radioligand therapies
