Overview

As Learning and Development Program Manager, you design, deliver, and measure leadership and employee development programs. You will oversee end-to-end administration of SLDP, Leadership Advanced, and Leadership Essentials, aligning them with People Success priorities. You'll partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure engaging, data-informed learning experiences. This role fits within Realty Income's People Success team, driving leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize leadership and employee development programs to meet business needs
  • Maintain curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, and communications in collaboration with Talent Development and vendors
  • Own program logistics, scheduling, invites, facilitator coordination, and attendance tracking
  • Manage nominations, cohorts, eligibility, and records for equitable processes
  • Draft and send communications to participants, managers, executives, and vendors
  • Administer surveys and measure program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick model where appropriate
  • Track participation, analyze data, and prepare dashboards and recommendations
  • Manage program budget, invoices, and vendor relationships
  • Facilitate internal learning communities and knowledge sharing
  • Develop learning resources and materials to support growth and leadership
  • Support learning technology, reporting, and administration in Workday or related platforms
  • Collaborate with People Success and business partners to align learning with talent priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and participant experience
  • Lead or contribute to additional talent development and organizational effectiveness projects
  • Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Key requirements
  • At least five years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development or related HR program management
  • Experience managing leadership or enterprise learning programs, including logistics and measurement
  • Experience with external vendors, budgets, and learning materials
  • Experience delivering learning content across in-person, virtual, and blended formats
  • Experience with talent development initiatives and organizational effectiveness projects
  • Experience administering assessment tools (e.g., 360s, personality inventories)
  • Workday, LMS administration, survey platform, or learning analytics experience preferred
