Overview

As HR Business Partner you will advise senior leaders and co-create data-driven talent strategies that enable growth in the Americas. You'll blend business insight with creative HR solutions, shaping organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning. You'll work cross-functionally with COEs and Employee Relations to drive impactful HR initiatives while staying ahead of trends. This role offers influence across a high-performance, inclusive culture and a chance to elevate the HR function at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with strategic objectives
  • Provide consultative guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Use data/analytics to inform decisions and measure HR initiatives impact
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Coach managers and senior leaders to strengthen leadership and performance
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to align talent programs with business needs
  • Work with Employee Relations to mitigate risks and implement preventative strategies
  • Lead HR projects end-to-end ensuring alignment with priorities
  • Stay current on HR trends, technologies, and best practices
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
  • Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws
  • Advanced tech proficiency and analytical orientation; proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Workday, and HR analytics tools
  • Creative, data-driven problem-solver with strong stakeholder influence
  • Client-focused, excellent interpersonal skills across diverse audiences
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic alignment across regions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to new ideas and driving process improvements
  • Experience in change management and leading cross-functional HR initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and proactive attitude
