Overview In this IT-focused sourcing role, you lead the RFP process and monitor supplier performance across healthcare categories. You quantify savings, drive process changes, and help shape a strategic roadmap and contract calendar. You work within standardized sourcing practices to ensure repeatability and auditability, and you contribute to cost modeling and negotiation scenarios. This position blends analytics with cross-functional collaboration to support procurement excellence in a healthcare setting.
Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Manage the RFP process for strategic sourcing initiatives within the assigned category or service line
- Assist with monitoring supplier performance by developing measurement tools and checking references
- Document and communicate identified vs realized savings and engage end users in required process changes or product conversions
- Assist Program Director with developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap and contract calendar for the assigned category
- Follow standardized sourcing processes and templates to ensure repeatability, auditability, and quality
- Lead or assist with the development of negotiation scenarios, cost models, and category strategy
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare related fields
- 3 Years experience in data analytics including financial analysis and quantitative/qualitative assessment in supply chain, healthcare or related industry
- Healthcare IT and/or Analytics experience is Preferred
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills, Analytical and Data-Driven mindset
- Effective Communication Skills and Customer Service Oriented
