Overview In this temporary Scientist role, you will support protein expression and purification for screening and structural studies within the Discovery Sciences team. You will work with E. coli, baculovirus/insect, and mammalian expression systems, including cell culture and scale-up, to produce proteins for high-throughput screening and crystallography. You will establish or follow purification protocols (IMAC, SEC, and other media) and contribute to experimental design, data analysis, and project collaboration. Located in Spring House, PA, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and help advance structure-based discovery efforts.
