Overview In this role you will lead safety science and pharmacovigilance efforts across Revolution Medicines' portfolio, supporting both early and late-stage development. You will provide safety oversight for clinical studies, contribute to trial documents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and ensure compliant drug safety practices. You will perform signal detection and risk mitigation, while communicating safety insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities- Oversee safety for clinical studies and contribute to protocols, IBs, ICFs, DSURs
- Perform safety surveillance and review ICSRs; support risk management and communication
- Prepare safety data summaries and present to stakeholders
- Identify safety signals and contribute to escalation to safety governance committees
- Update core safety information and key safety documents (DSURs, ICH-RMPs, labeling)
- Ensure safety components of study reports and regulatory submissions are accurate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners; ensure compliance with GVP, GCP
- Contribute to SOP development and safety science processes
Key requirements- Postgraduate qualification in life sciences or health profession (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD/MSc)
- 5+ years in drug development with at least 3 years in drug safety
- Strong understanding of PV, GVP, GCP, and safety operations
- Proven ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to interpret trial data and identify trends
