Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and commercial teams, partnering with US executives and an India-based recruiting team. You will design proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent in AI, data science, software, and GTM functions. You'll implement structured interviewing and data-driven processes to improve hiring quality and candidate experience. This is a high-impact position that helps Avathon scale its AI-powered mission and grow across industries.

Responsibilities- Own full-lifecycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies to pipeline passive talent
- Guide India-based recruiting team to ensure global alignment and delivery
- Act as talent advisor to leadership, providing market intel and compensation guidance
- Implement structured interviewing, scorecards, and calibration sessions
- Maximize Greenhouse for pipeline management, data hygiene, and metrics
- Leverage external agencies for niche or urgent roles
- Deliver high-touch candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
Key requirements- 6+ years of progressive full-cycle talent acquisition in high-growth tech or SaaS
- Experience balancing AI/ML/Engineering and Sales/Marketing hiring
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams (India)
- Expertise with Greenhouse or similar ATS
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing, talent analytics, and pipelines metrics
- Proven track record in offer negotiation and data-driven consulting to managers
