Overview

In this role you partner with HRBPs, talent advisors, and business leaders to design and deliver compensation solutions that attract and retain talent for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will translate data and insights into practical compensation programs and contribute to cross-functional projects in a fast-moving, high-growth tech environment. You help build scalable tools and models, guiding senior-level offers and ensuring alignment with business needs. This opportunity emphasizes impact across a global, data-driven compensation function within a leading AI/cloud company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compensation consulting support to help OCI attract and retain key talent
  • Partner with HRBPs to prepare and execute annual compensation programs
  • Engage with the Talent Advisory organization to optimize the offer process for critical and senior roles
  • Collaborate with other compensation areas to offer business-relevant feedback and insights on cross-functional projects
  • Participate in team problem solving and contribute ideas to client issues
  • Identify process efficiencies and implement innovative approaches
  • May provide ad hoc/planned support to the OCI compensation team
  • May participate in cross-functional programs and train/mentor team members
Key requirements
  • 8+ years' broad-based compensation experience with a consulting mindset
  • Experience in a high-tech company and ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to build dynamic tools/models
  • Data-driven with ability to weave data and insights into a compelling narrative
  • Proven relationship management and influencing skills for business partnerships
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with annual compensation program systems
