Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, organizational development, or related field; master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of director-level HR leadership experience in casino, hospitality, entertainment, or 24/7 service environments
- HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
