Overview In this role you will lead document control across large-scale Pharma and data centre projects, driving accuracy and compliance. You will configure and support Autodesk Construction Cloud for project teams, ensuring smooth workflows and proper metadata. You will establish standard document control practices and audits across regions, collaborating with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and clients. This position offers impact through governance of critical documentation in life science environments and complex builds. You will work in a cross-functional setting focused on precision, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee document control processes across multiple projects to ensure consistency and compliance
- Manage document uploads, workflows, and ACC configuration; provide training and support to stakeholders
- Develop and enforce standardized document control procedures, including naming conventions and version control
- Interface with project teams, clients, and contractors to manage submissions, reviews, and approvals
- Monitor compliance and conduct audits of documentation practices and ACC usage across regions
- Act as the primary point of contact for document management on Pharma and Data Centre projects
- Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of controlled documents
Key requirements- 2+ years' experience using ACC (formerly BIM360) on large-scale construction projects (Pharma, Data Centres, etc.)
- 8+ years' experience in a similar document control role
