Personal Injury Attorney/Pre Litigation Attorney

In this role you will advocate for clients involved in personal injury and property damage matters, ensuring they receive strong legal care and favorable results. You will meet with clients, build trust, and coordinate with insurance adjusters on claim status, demands, and offers. You will prepare cases for trial and may try them when needed, contributing to the firm's mission to maximize client compensation. • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• bilingual English/Spanish preferred
