Responsibilities- Manage profit and loss for sprinkler work
- Oversee all sprinkler project execution
- Collaborate with operations to ensure execution across the state
- Directly supervise Design Manager and Project Managers
- Mentor and grow the contract construction business
Key requirements- 7+ years of experience in design, sales, estimating or project management in fire sprinkler or related field
- Post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent experience
- Experience managing financial results (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
