Overview In this role you will administer the Qualus QualU LMS, design engaging training content, and coordinate training logistics to support internal organizational learning. You will work closely with SMEs and cross functional partners to ensure accurate data, effective eLearning experiences, and timely reporting. You will drive continuous improvement of training programs through feedback, metrics, and stakeholder input. This is a hands-on, impact driven role at the intersection of learning, operations, and program delivery. You'll help scale learning initiatives to empower employees and support our mission of power infrastructure transformation.

Responsibilities- Administer the LMS by creating and assigning courses, curricula, and learning paths and managing the LMS calendar
- Ensure accurate data entry for training records, attendance, and completion for reporting
- Generate and distribute LMS reports for stakeholders
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and general LMS support
- Upload, test, and publish eLearning materials (SCORM, video, documents)
- Monitor email inbox and ticketing queue, with escalation when needed
- Maintain training documentation, presentations, and shared archives
- Coordinate on-site and off-site training logistics and travel logistics
- Assist with surveys and evaluations to support program improvement
- Peer check training content for quality and functionality
- Support training communications to drive participation
- Review and refine instructional materials based on feedback and metrics
- Review content for accuracy, branding, accessibility, and UX
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years in training, instructional design, LMS administration, or related learning functions
- Knowledge of training and development practices and learning modalities
- Proficiency with learning management systems
- Experience in instructional design and authoring tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
