• Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related documents
• Negotiate settlements and drive efficient case resolutions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances in the assigned territory (travel reimbursed)
• Collaborate with internal staff, clients, and opposing counsel to move cases forward
• Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines across multiple matters

• Active Virginia law license
• Proven ability to analyze cases and negotiate settlements
• Strong understanding of civil litigation practices and courtroom procedures
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage high-volume caseloads
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms
