Overview You will lead and shape large-scale change programs in an AI-enabled enterprise. You'll work with cross-functional teams to redesign work, roles and skills as technology and GenAI reshape how decisions are made. You'll use data and AI-enabled insights to guide adoption and design human-centered change journeys. This role combines change leadership with ethical, governance-minded use of GenAI to deliver high-impact transformations at scale.

Responsibilities- Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven, AI-enabled environments.
- Lead and design enterprise change programs to sustain new ways of working as roles and skills evolve with technology and AI.
- Partner with clients to define how GenAI is used, addressing readiness, workforce impacts, and governance with clear human accountability.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change, informing decisions.
- Design agile, future-ready change strategies and operating models integrating humans and digital tools.
- Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change solutions and personalized journeys across digital/AI-enabled delivery.
- Leverage Generative AI to accelerate delivery (engagement content, learning assets, manager enablement) while ensuring quality, tone, and impact.
- Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities for ongoing adaptation as technologies and ways of working evolve.
- Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships; travel as needed.
Key requirements- Minimum of 5 years' Organization Change Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a consulting practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of Chemicals & Natural Resources industry experience.
