Overview In this role you drive transformational philanthropy by managing a portfolio of principal gift prospects and donors capable of $10M+ gifts. You align donor interests with organizational priorities through personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, working closely with clinical and philanthropy leaders. You lead strategy for identification, qualification, and moves management, while supporting cross-functional fundraising efforts and key events. Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of principal gift prospects and donors with long-term relationship development
- Develop and execute strategies to secure principal gifts of $10M+
- Partner with senior leaders to align donor interests with organizational priorities
- Collaborate with Major Gifts Officers, volunteers, and philanthropy leadership to maximize fundraising
- Lead prospect strategy including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Develop engagement strategies for fundraising volunteers and organizational partners
- Maintain donor/prospect information and moves management in fundraising systems
- Contribute to priority fundraising events, initiatives, and Office of Philanthropy activities
Key requirements- 10+ years of fundraising or sales experience
- 10+ years of direct individual fundraising experience with track record of securing principal or major gifts
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
