Overview In this role you support the Legal and Compliance teams by tracking weekly updates, producing Korean-language management reports, and conducting legal analysis. You will apply strong bilingual communication to bridge Korean and English workflows and stay ahead of key regulatory issues. A tech-savvy mindset and curiosity about 5G and AI will help you learn and adapt within a fast-moving tech environment. This position offers meaningful impact by improving cross team information flow and regulatory insights.
Responsibilities- Monitor weekly updates from client Legal and NA Legal & Compliance teams
- Prepare and write weekly reports in Korean for management on key topics
- Perform legal analysis, research, and issue spotting on key issues
- Leverage tech knowledge where relevant to stay current with 5G and AI developments
- Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking)
Key requirements- 5+ years of legal experience
- JD from an accredited law school
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for businesses
- Summarize cases and their application
- Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations
- Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking)
