Overview In this role you will lead vendor negotiations for projects up to $500k annually, focusing on cloud/SaaS and other contract types. You will work with leaders across lines of business to ensure contracts meet operational goals, information security, and privacy requirements. You will leverage legal expertise for contract reviews and coach business partners on negotiation tactics to improve outcomes. This role combines strategic sourcing with legal and risk oversight to enable efficient, compliant vendor relationships and drive productivity.

Responsibilities- Review, redline, and negotiate vendor contracts including cloud/SaaS, on-prem software, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and related documents
- Lead vendor negotiations with emphasis on information security and privacy due diligence and finance compliance
- Leverage legal review for negotiated contracts
- Understand vendor usage by LOB to improve operations and productivity
- Provide status updates and contract risk summaries to leaders; coach LOB/functional leaders on negotiation tactics
- Assist in contract interpretation related to termination, SLAs, and software license compliance
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years strategic sourcing experience
- 3 years project management experience
- Experience leading negotiation of vendor agreements
- Knowledge of information technology concepts
- Knowledge of privacy concepts
