Overview

In this Senior Associate role, you support the Americas West Real Estate portfolio within GRE Finance and Business Management, guiding strategic initiatives and analytics for senior leaders. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready communications, shaping workforce and location planning. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, tight deadlines, and high-visibility reporting. You will help drive strategic decisions that align real estate strategy with the firm's macro goals, leveraging data storytelling and visualization for impact.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare routine and adhoc management reporting and communicate findings to senior management
  • Conduct quantitative and logical analyses to support decisions and planning
  • Collaborate across regional and functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Run effective meetings with clear goals, pre-reads, outcomes, and follow-through on action items
  • Distill complex problems into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations with data visualization
  • Independently manage multiple projects, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years in business management, corporate strategy, management consulting, or chief of staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive insights
  • Strategic thinker who can execute methodically
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, independent, with experience supporting executives in matrixed orgs
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and other tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Databricks)
