Overview In this role you drive people development and brand alignment at Mark-Taylor's Scottsdale corporate office. You will design and deliver engaging training, partner with T&D/HR and leaders to close performance gaps, and ensure a first-rate learning experience across the organization. You'll shape our training curriculum, manage records, and run campaigns that boost engagement and knowledge transfer. Responsibilities- Deliver in-person and online training programs and train-the-trainer sessions to support onboarding, career development, leadership, and promotions
- Design and develop courses and materials (guides, presentations, job aids) for multiple formats
- Collaborate with T&D/HR, business leaders, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement solutions
- Maintain training records in the learning management system and ensure accurate reporting
- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics (scheduling, room booking, catering) and run engagement campaigns to drive participation
- Create and administer learner assessment instruments and maintain curriculums to ensure post-training capability
- Measure training effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive iterative improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives
- Communicate and reinforce brand values through HR and training activities
- Support development of policies, workflows, and best-in-class training programs
Key requirements- 3+ years in property management or service-focused operations with experience supporting field teams
- 5+ years in training, mentoring, or developing service/operations staff with program design and facilitation
- 5+ years in leadership or supervisory roles overseeing service/maintenance/operations teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication; professional presence across levels
- Ability to adapt to change, work independently and with autonomy, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; goal-oriented with accountability
- Eagerness to learn, coach, and drive customer service and growth mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Bilingual (English, Spanish) a plus
- Bachelor's degree and/or professional certifications a plus
