Human Resources (HR) Generalist

In this role you will support core people operations for a growing organization in Georgia. You will balance employee support, compliance, payroll coordination, and process improvement in a fast-moving environment. You'll guide onboarding and offboarding, maintain audit-ready HR records, and help refine HR workflows. This is a contract opportunity with potential to become permanent, offering a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle.

• Oversee daily HR administration including records management, benefits coordination, onboarding, and personnel updates
• Process payroll accurately, perform reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and assist with period-end close tasks
• Guide onboarding and offboarding for new and departing employees with proper documentation
• Support employee relations, leave administration, and interpretation of policies and procedures
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and assist with compliance reviews
• Identify opportunities to strengthen HR workflows and expand self-service tools
• Assist with performance management, reporting, training coordination, and engagement programs
