In this role you will support a nationally recognized real estate practice by handling sophisticated real estate transactions from start to finish. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into practical, strategic legal solutions. You will manage high-stakes deals, due diligence, and closing processes in a collaborative, growth minded environment. Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents (purchase/sale agreements, leases, financing documents)
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closings
  • Provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute transactions smoothly
  • Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters for commercial and institutional clients
Key requirements
  • JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction in good standing
  • 2-5 years of substantive real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development)
  • Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with ability to manage complex transactions end-to-end
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic counsel
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team
