Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents (purchase/sale agreements, leases, financing documents)
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closings
- Provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute transactions smoothly
- Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters for commercial and institutional clients
Key requirements- JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction in good standing
- 2-5 years of substantive real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development)
- Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Attention to detail with ability to manage complex transactions end-to-end
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic counsel
