Overview

In this role you will support Dyson's Human Resources team to execute the people strategy, attracting, developing and retaining talent. You'll partner with business leaders to drive performance, development planning, and organizational change that enhances effectiveness and culture. You will coach managers, handle employee relations, and support policy compliance across the Americas. This position offers hands-on impact in shaping leadership capability and HR delivery in a fast-growing, campus-focused environment. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver tangible people outcomes that fuel Dyson's growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Head of HR to support front-line leaders and employees
  • Champion performance management and development planning processes
  • Coordinate timelines and ensure delivery of People Strategy initiatives
  • Provide coaching to managers on operational and tactical HR topics
  • Collaborate with business leaders on organizational change to improve performance
  • Support recruitment planning and relationships with recruitment partners
  • Train managers and employees on performance, development, and related topics
  • Provide feedback to Talent Development on training needs
  • Assist with employee relations, investigations, and data collection for complex issues
  • Contribute to HR policy recommendations and compliance across assigned units
Key requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor, pay, benefits, health and safety laws
  • Experience handling high levels of confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and strong project management skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities
  • Coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for developing people
  • Strong planning and time management abilities
  • MS Office Suite (intermediate to advanced)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
