Overview

In this blended role, you will lead critical recruiting efforts while acting as a trusted HR partner to business leaders. You help shape talent strategy, coach managers, and guide employee relations to improve organizational effectiveness. You will build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and drive HR initiatives that support growth at a community bank with a strong culture and committed communities. Your work will impact hiring quality, engagement, and capability across multiple business lines. Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle sourcing for key or hard-to-fill positions and partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
  • Oversee job postings, screening criteria, and interview guides; coordinate interview processes
  • Source candidates via multiple channels including job boards, networks, referrals, social media, and community partnerships
  • Draft and extend offers, support onboarding, and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience) and promote employer branding
  • Serve as HR advisor to business units; guide on policies, procedures, and employment practices
  • Coach managers on performance, engagement, and development; handle employee relations and fact-finding
  • Support succession planning, performance management, and leadership development; assist with change management
Key requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting and HR Business Partnership
  • Experience advising leaders on employee relations, performance and talent management, and HR best practices
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices; ability to handle sensitive information
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and talent evaluation skills; strong communication abilities
  • Experience using HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and reporting tools; ability to manage multiple priorities
