Overview In this role, you will own Amazon's global military talent attraction strategy, focusing on veterans, active-duty service members, and military families. You'll partner with Global Military Affairs and TA Directors to shape partnerships, sponsorships, and programs that build sustainable pipelines. You will pilot new initiatives, scale proven programs, and connect military-focused efforts to business outcomes. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and stakeholder influence to impact Amazon's talent at scale.

Responsibilities- Build and own global military talent attraction strategy including marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement programs
- Activate military sponsorships and partnerships in collaboration with Global Military Affairs for Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with TA Directors to translate hiring needs into actionable pipelines and solutions
- Prototype and pilot new initiatives from concept through data-informed execution and iteration
- Scale successful programs and manage ongoing partnerships to maximize hiring impact
- Develop internal partner strategies across Amazon to amplify military hiring efforts
- Own military candidate attraction goals and report funnel performance and business outcomes through scorecards
- Forge relationships with state agencies, TAP, veteran service organizations to broaden pipeline
- Create tailored content for military audiences across digital channels, events, and outreach
- Plan and execute military-focused events (job fairs, workshops, hiring days, sessions)
- Identify gaps in conversion and retention; advocate for programs to close them
- Travel up to 25% domestically to events, installations, and relationship-building
Key requirements- 7+ years in acquisition marketing or channel/program management
- Proven use of data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience designing, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Track record owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical information clearly to executives
