Overview As Senior Counsel - M&A, you partner with the business to support Clarivate's corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing, and complex agreements. You will work within a highly respected global legal team and interact with senior leaders to structure deals, oversee due diligence, and negotiate critical documents. This role offers strategic impact across a multinational organization and a path to influence long-term growth. You will be based in a North American Clarivate office, with hybrid work and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Responsibilities- Lead legal support for corporate transactions, including review and negotiation of deal documents and structuring deals; coordinate due diligence.
- Lead a variety of general corporate projects within the team.
- Review and negotiate complex commercial agreements as needed.
- Identify ongoing personal training and development needs as part of career growth.
- Occasional travel to support business needs.
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience as an attorney in complex multinational M&A, including at least 3 years at a large North American law firm as a corporate/M&A associate
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar license in good standing
- In-house experience preferred but not required
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and deal management skills
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
