Overview In this role, you drive organizational readiness for underwriting initiatives within Group Benefits, guiding change management and shaping adoption. You will partner with the Underwriting Transformation team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop messaging, training, and resources that ensure successful implementation. You help sustain a culture of resiliency and growth, leveraging data to narrate performance, risks, and opportunities. Responsibilities- Create detailed action plans with stakeholders to enable initiative execution and change adoption
- Establish readiness across underwriting projects with consistent messaging, training, and IMS documentation
- Influence adoption, foster resiliency and growth mindsets
- Leverage data to narrate initiative performance, risks, and opportunities
- Support culture transformation by embedding values and behaviors
- Prepare presentations and talking points for underwriting and partners
- Identify best practices and support capability development and maturity
- Work autonomously to deliver high-quality, repeatable results
- Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships and remove blockers to mitigate risks
- Communicate innovations across Underwriting and business stakeholders
- Hold teams accountable for timelines and deliverables
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in Group Benefits (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to manage relationships within a matrixed organization
- Self-starter with strategic thinking and stakeholder leadership
- Strong communications, collaboration, and consensus-building skills
- Ability to tailor communication to different levels and audiences
