Overview In this role you will support and maintain JAMF infrastructure, focusing on patching, deployment, and packaging for Mac environments. You will implement and manage Mac configurations, enrollment, and imaging, while guiding incident resolution and automation. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver MaaS for Mac and ensure secure, compliant endpoints. This is a remote opportunity with a focus on advanced JAMF administration and Mac lifecycle management.
Responsibilities- Manage and implement Mac OSX configurations using JAMF/Casper Suite
- Oversee user enrollment/DEP and packaging workflows (PKG/DMG via Composer)
- Create hardware-independent Mac images and manage FileVault and app restrictions
- Lead JAMF imaging, distribution point replication, and policy management
- Produce JAMF process documentation and run custom reports
- Develop and implement advanced Mac policies per client requirements
- Handle incident management, tracking, and resolution for the engineered solution
- Support JAMF server administration, upgrades, and MaaS delivery
- Provide third-level Mac management support and recommend best practices
Key requirements- Advanced knowledge of JAMF/Casper suite
- Mac imaging, patching, deployment experience
- JAMF Admin Suite server administration (AD, domains, policies)
- In-depth knowledge of MacOSX management principles
- Experience with KACE and ConfigMgr is desirable
