Overview In this role you serve as the frontline for resolving client questions and issues, focusing on insurance products and ADP services. You will build rapport with clients, communicate clearly via phone and written channels, and ensure high client satisfaction as you troubleshoot and advise on coverage options. You'll work within Client Services to support carriers, endorsements, and product knowledge while growing your insurance expertise. Responsibilities- Provide customer support via phone and digital channels on business coverage, rates, and coverage endorsements with carriers
- Answer questions about Pay-By-Pay product and related audits/disputes; understand value proposition
- Investigate, research, analyze, and resolve complex client issues using insurance product knowledge
- Continuously upgrade knowledge on the insurance industry and ADP payroll products
- Identify and recommend additional lines of coverage and agency managed benefits tools; maintain clear written and verbal communication for satisfaction
- Maintain high client satisfaction through professional, trust-based client interactions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely solutions
Key requirements- At least two years of experience in the insurance industry
- Property - Casualty producer license within 30 days of employment
- College degree is not required
- Experience in military service acceptable as alternative experience
- License required or obtained within 30 days if not already licensed
