Overview

In this role you will drive analytic-driven business decisions by maturing cross-enterprise analytics and collaboration. You surface actionable insights from explanatory and inferential analyses to influence strategy beyond pricing and reserving. You'll work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR to translate data into actionable recommendations. This is a hands-on, mentorship-oriented position that blends data science with business acumen to shape strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Source and prepare data for current and future analyses and prototypes, adhering to coding best practices
  • Improve data quality and recommend process enhancements
  • Apply diagnostic, multivariate, and experimental design methods to answer business questions and test hypotheses
  • Explore new data assets and analytic tools to address business problems
  • Create visualizations to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Interpret findings and propose optimal business actions balancing constraints and analytics
  • Leverage cross-functional partnerships to influence analytic outcomes and inform decisions
  • Mentor junior analysts, onboard new staff, and support recruiting and talent assessment
Key requirements
  • Five years of data and analytic experience
  • Experience with explanatory, diagnostic, and inferential techniques (e.g., experimental design, hypothesis testing, clustering, time series)
  • Experience handling large-scale, multidimensional data with cloud-enabled languages
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Mentor/leadership experience in projects or teams
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or Master's in a technical/analytic field (as per must-have)
