Overview

As Product Manager Tech in FBA AI Science and Analytics, you drive GenAI initiatives that scale data and science products for seller-facing experiences. You'll shape a unified semantic layer, autonomous AI agents, and anomaly-detection capabilities to improve accuracy and speed. You partner with science and engineering teams to turn research advances into shipable product features. This role sits at the intersection of AI, data, and seller workflows, delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the GenAI product strategy and roadmap for LLM-powered data agents, including prompt engineering, RAG, semantic parsing, and agent orchestration.
  • Own requirements for the centralized semantic layer, ontology design, disambiguation logic, and metadata standards to ensure accurate outputs.
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to design, evaluate, and ship production LLM agents across domains, with evaluation frameworks and guardrails.
  • Work with science and tech teams on model selection, fine-tuning, retrieval optimization, and agent loop engineering.
  • Define success metrics for agent accuracy, latency, coverage, and real-time savings; lead end-to-end evaluation and A/B studies.
  • Stay current with AI advances and prototype emerging capabilities for the product roadmap.
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in a quantitative/technical field
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs for a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience representing stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning
