Overview In this role you advance MetLife's market risk capability by developing and refining risk models, analytics, and reports used for ALM risk assessment. You will partner with Global Risk Management to challenge ideas, deploy controls, and drive responsible growth. You'll apply automation and AI to improve reporting, support strategic initiatives, and strengthen governance. This is a hands-on position shaping risk insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities- Develop and enhance market risk models, reporting frameworks, and analytics.
- Produce risk reports and communicate key insights to Market Risk leadership.
- Improve reporting and modeling processes through AI, Power Automate, and other automation tools.
- Support business plan reviews and risk assessments for strategic initiatives.
- Assist with Market Risk governance activities, including working groups and committee operations.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field
- ASA designation (or near-ASA) with 4+ years of actuarial experience
- Advanced Excel modeling and quantitative analysis skills
- Programming experience with Python, VBA, R, C++, or similar tools
