Overview

You will lead a global recruiting team and own end-to-end recruitment for Citi's US Consumer Cards and Wealth businesses. Partner with senior leaders and HR to deliver high-impact hiring, shaping a scalable talent pipeline across critical functions. Drive cross-regional sourcing, mobility, and diversity initiatives while upholding rigorous compliance and ethical standards. This role offers senior leadership ownership, global visibility, and meaningful impact on two major consumer businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a global recruiting team, ensuring high performance and quality across the function
  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to US Consumer Cards and Wealth needs, building pipelines ahead of demand
  • Serve as primary point of contact for senior leaders, HR partners, function heads, and Managing Directors to fill senior roles
  • Leverage social media and digital sourcing to build robust talent networks within specialist areas
  • Manage cross-regional candidate engagement and international mobility across geographies
  • Partner with Diversity team to manage structured slate processes and internal mobility
  • Handle sensitive hiring matters with sound judgement and stakeholder influence
  • Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards across recruitment
Key requirements
  • 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience across full lifecycle
  • Experience supervising or managing recruiters in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies for senior-level hiring across multiple functions
  • Strong candidate identification and assessment skills with fast, accurate evaluation
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and application to offers and negotiations
  • Clear, concise communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
