Overview In this role you will provide technical administrative support for Informatica IDMC and on-prem MDM, ensuring alignment with bank standards. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain resilient data platform solutions. You'll monitor environments for uptime, performance, and licensing while guiding security and RBAC in a cloud-first transition. This role offers a chance to shape enterprise data capabilities, drive cost-conscious optimization, and participate in risk-aware delivery within a regulated banking context.
Responsibilities- Support design, development, and execution of technical solutions for the organization
- Configure and manage IDMC Secure Agents; design for business continuity and DR testing
- Implement RBAC to secure enterprise data; monitor cost and performance across MDM IDMC Azure components and licenses
- Troubleshoot application issues; assist with remediation of failed/slow job runs; implement production changes
- Administer on-prem Informatica MDM during cloud transition
- Provide Linux admin support for Azure VM application servers
- Collaborate with management, engineers, and partners; document standards and policies
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate vendor resources as needed
Key requirements- 6+ years in a technical engineering role involving infrastructure design, data management, or system development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex requirements into high-quality implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication; effective stakeholder facilitation
- Experience with cloud concepts and building in Azure; private DNS, Blob Storage, Private Endpoints/Link
- Familiarity with containerization (Azure Kubernetes Service); IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible); Git
