Overview In this Lead Project Manager role, you will govern a global project portfolio to optimize resource use and standardize delivery across regions. You will bridge project delivery, operations, and continuous improvement to support IP initiatives. You'll drive portfolio visibility, enable cross-functional collaboration, and translate performance data into actionable decisions for leadership. This role offers the opportunity to shape governance, tooling, and methodologies across a global-IP product team, delivering high-impact programs.
Responsibilities- Establish and operate a federated portfolio governance model focused on standards and enablement
- Provide portfolio-level visibility into performance, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
- Coordinate global resource sharing and capacity planning across regions
- Act as escalation point for resource prioritization conflicts
- Own selection and optimization of PMO tools and reporting platforms
- Standardize data collection procedures for accurate reporting
- Deliver executive dashboards and KPI reports on portfolio health and delivery performance
- Enable adoption of standard PM processes, tools, and governance models across the organization
- Collaborate with regional PMs to contextualize methodologies and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven changes
- Provide leadership for strategic initiatives and align priorities with business objectives
- Partner with clients, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives
Key requirements- 10+ years in project/program management, professional services, software implementation, customer success or support roles
- 3+ years using enterprise PM tools (Project Insights, Jira, Power BI)
- Professional certification (PMP, PMOCP, PRINCE2, or APM/IPMA)
- Experience in cross-organizational collaboration and governance
- Experience with Clarivate IP software products or IP domain is a plus
