Senior Technical IT Recruiter (DFW based)

In this role you will source, assess, and place IT professionals for US client accounts, based in Flower Mound, TX. You will collaborate with account managers to understand requirements, identify suitable candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate terms. You will verify resume accuracy and manage onboarding coordination, ensuring compliance with immigration/work classifications. This position supports SPI's mission to deliver qualified IT talent to US clients through dependable, results-driven recruitment.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with account managers/clients
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and internet searches
• Interview prospects to assess skills, availability, and preferences; negotiate salary/rate
• Verify resume accuracy and screen for fake submissions
• Follow up with candidates on status and onboarding/hiring processes

• 3+ years in US IT vendor staffing
• Knowledge of technologies including .NET, Java, UI, Cloud (AWS, Azure), DevOps, infrastructure, Database, Network, Security Administration
• Familiarity with US immigration/work classifications and contracting procedures
• Strong communication skills and dependable, performance-driven work ethic
