Overview In this role, you partner with senior leaders to drive the Home Office people strategy and enable business objectives. You influence structure, talent decisions, engagement, and performance to support growth and workforce effectiveness. You lead leadership development, performance calibrations, and talent action plans while upholding compliance and a positive, inclusive culture. You work across functions to implement change and build a high-impact people program that aligns with the company's mission. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership opportunity with visible impact across the organization.
Responsibilities- Align and execute the people strategy with SLT, SVP and VPs for the assigned function
- Influence organizational structures and hiring initiatives to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance and timely completion of PLD programs, performance reviews, and engagement actions
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs with Talent Management
- Provide performance management consulting and create talent action plans to close gaps
- Participate in selection processes and advocate for diverse hiring
- Champion change efforts and lead teams through transitions
- Foster inclusive associate relations and provide coaching as needed
- Develop onboarding plans for new leaders and manage confidential information
- Minimize legal risk and ensure adherence to applicable laws
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in Human Resources (Business Partner)
- Experience supporting mid to large size businesses with matrixed operations
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence without authority
- Experience with associate relations, labor laws, and performance management
