Overview

In this role you drive asset growth and coordinate strategic initiatives within the Wealth Management Field and Client Business Development Group. You work closely with Financial Advisors, Product Partners, and branch leadership to deploy training, campaigns, and tools that enhance practice development. You'll translate firm-wide priorities into regional actions, with a focus on coaching and strategic planning to deliver measurable results. This role offers impact across market-level initiatives while supporting career growth and collaboration across a global firm.

Responsibilities
  • Position major product capabilities to client needs and route inquiries to the right internal partners
  • Develop strategic and tactical business plans to drive results
  • Grow Financial Advisors' practices through training, education, and coaching
  • Coordinate with Product Partners to ensure Advisors have training on tools and resources
  • Deliver initiatives to Branch/Complex offices and Advisors via multiple methods
  • Conduct desk-to-desk rollout of initiatives and perform segment-based reviews
  • Lead tactical campaigns and leverage outside resources as needed
  • Deep dive into book reviews and segmentation to identify growth opportunities
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in Wealth Management or related product/management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required within 120 days of hire
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to align stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience
  • Ability to develop, deliver, and execute strategic plans
  • Autonomous and capable of cross-functional collaboration
