Overview In this role you advise life sciences and healthcare clients on sophisticated corporate transactions, including equity financings, IPOs, and M&A, across a global client base. You work closely with deal teams and cross-practice colleagues to deliver business-focused solutions. You will shape transactional strategies while mentoring and growing through mentorship-enabled, entrepreneurial culture. Responsibilities- Advise emerging growth and public companies on equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance
- Manage key components of complex transactions from start to finish, coordinating deal teams and direct client interaction
- Provide counsel on SEC compliance, registered offerings, and other public company matters
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver seamless, business-focused solutions
Key requirements- JD from a top-tier law school
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing or eligible to obtain promptly
- 2-4 years of substantive corporate and transactional experience including public company work, registered equity offerings, and M&A
- Experience advising life sciences companies preferred; strong interest in life sciences considered
- Prior AmLaw firm experience required
- Ability to manage significant components of complex transactions independently while collaborating with deal teams
