Overview In this role you will manage oil and gas allocations, report production to partners and regulators, and support field and asset teams to ensure accurate revenue and data. You will work with field operators to resolve data issues, train new staff on data entry and LDC setup, and prepare regulatory and partner reports. You'll use allocation software and Excel to monitor volumes, provide data-driven insights, and support audits. This position offers hands-on impact in production operations within a Houston-based team.
Responsibilities- Prepare, monitor, and maintain oil and gas allocations
- Monitor data entry, stocks, and run tickets for volumes
- Ensure production volumes are accurate for revenue recording
- Collaborate with field operators and asset teams to resolve data issues
- Train field operators in FDC setup and data entry
- Prepare state and federal production reports and regulatory paperwork
- Monitor compliance and support production audits
- Work with allocation software for simple field setups
- Prepare and deliver partner monthly reporting
- Provide backup support and maintain desk documentation
Key requirements- 2+ years of production analyst experience in oil and gas
- Strong numerical and data management skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with different priorities
