Overview

In this role, you will support banks and financial institutions on lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated facilities, by drafting and negotiating key financing agreements. You will work closely with a collaborative Finance Practice Group to deliver high-quality client service and manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Represent lenders in single-lender and syndicated credit facilities
  • Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, guaranties, collateral documents, pledge agreements, and intercreditor agreements
  • Handle multiple financing transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate complex matters clearly in written and oral form
  • Contribute to client service and collaboration within the team
Key requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience representing banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions
  • Experience drafting and negotiating a range of financing documents
  • Experience with venture debt, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, second lien or mezzanine financing
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Independent thinker with commitment to client service and ability to work in a team
